I had the most amazing weekend getaway in Montreál this past weekend, with one of my friends from New York!! I had never been to Montreál before, and I loved exploring all of the cool neighborhoods and trying out new restaurants and foods. The city was so beautiful and has me craving a trip to Paris now! These photos were taken near McGill University. We stumbled upon this area while wandering around the streets, and I’m so glad that we found this spot! The buildings next to the fall foliage was absolutely stunning! If you’re looking for a weekend getaway destination, I highly recommend a trip to Montreál!
Hello!! I am so excited about todays post. I absolutely love my outfit (details below!) and felt that it was so fun to wear for a walk through a park nearby where I live. It’s still not very cold here, so I have been taking advantage of lightweight dresses/sweaters and boots! I love a good pair of black tights paired with a dress in the winter, but I’m not ready for them quite yet. The reason I’m so excited about todays post isn’t because of my outfit though, it’s because I have a special announcement for you guys!!
Hello!! I’m so excited that it’s Wednesday and to share today’s post with you all :). I truly believe that adding a simple black dress to your wardrobe is such a great investment to make each fall/winter season. It can be re-styled so many different ways and will never go out of style. I love having pieces in my wardrobe that can be re-worn, yet will still look different!
Hello and happy Monday! I am so excited because at the end of next week I will be leaving for a weekend trip to Montreal. I’ve ordered a few things online for the trip and I can’t wait to share them with you! Normally I am so last minute when it comes to packing, but I really wanted to be prepared this time so I have been planning out my outfits. The beret that I’m wearing in today’s post will definitely be packed in my suitcase…because it reminds me of France and they speak French in Montreal! I’m hoping that this week goes by fast, but I have a feeling that it won’t since I want it to be next week so badly. I’ve been passing the time by exploring fun parks and going for walks. The photos from this photoshoot were taken at a park nearby where I live! I had never been there before and instantly got so excited by all of the beautiful leaves and colors everywhere.
I finally went apple picking and it was everything I dreamed it would be and more! I went this past weekend and it was a beautiful crisp fall day. I had a wonderful time wandering through the rows of trees and picking/eating apples! Apple picking was the top of my fall bucket list this year and I am thrilled that I finally got to do it. Fall has been an absolute dream this year and I have been loving it. From pumpkin patches, cozying up in layers, to apple picking – I have almost completed my bucket list.
Happy Monday!! It’s been a few days since I have posted a blog post, but I’m back and have tons ready for this week. I’m not quite sure if it’s because I was in the city last fall and wasn’t surrounded by trees, but I have been obsessed with all of the beautiful fall colors this year. Every time I pass pretty fall foliage while driving I get the urge to stop and pull over to take pictures!! Normally I don’t, but this photoshoot was an exception. These photos were taken in a parking lot/at the little park next to the side of the road. I just love all of the pretty red trees and beautiful colors everywhere!
Hello! I hope you are all having a great week. 🙂 I’m so glad that the week is halfway over!! This week has been insanely busy and I have been so tired. Thankfully I only have two days of school left until the weekend!! I woke up this morning to the pictures from a photoshoot I did with Seattle photographer Madeleine Wilson and I am so excited to share them all with you! If you are located in the Seattle area, Madeleine takes amazing photos and I highly recommend contacting her and booking a shoot. She captured my style perfectly!
I had an absolutely amazing day yesterday! I went to breakfast at one of my favorite places this morning and then drove out to Bob’s Corn Maze & Pumpkin Farm, which was so much fun and got me in the fall spirit even more than I already am (I didn’t even know that was possible!). In previous years I have found that I think of so many things I want to do, but never get to do many of them. I procrastinate and try and tell myself that “next week I’ll have a better outfit” until fall is over and then I have to wait until next year. I’m super proud of myself this fall for changing that routine and for accomplishing the things I have put on my fall bucket list.
Hello!! As I’m writing this blog post it’s raining outside and I’m cuddled up with a blanket, apple cider, and the cutest acorn candle burning beside me. It’s a perfect fall day! The air is crisp outside and I just love it. I still haven’t gone apple picking yet but am determined to do it before fall ends. It’s still somewhat green over here in Washington, but I can definitely tell that the fall colors are taking over. One thing I have loved doing these past few weeks has just been walking around my neighborhood and exploring new parks. I love bundling up and going for walks throughout this time of year.
The weather is getting colder and feeling more crisp in the air which is making me so happy!!! I absolutely love this time of year and love getting to wear my fall clothing (oops I’ve said that 34146 times on my blog!). The sweater (similar here) that I’m wearing in today’ post is from Nordstrom, and my skirt is from JCrew!
